Terms & Conditions & Appointment Policies
By booking an appointment with TAN Naples, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and policies.
Appointments & Availability
TAN Naples operates as a private, by-appointment-only studio.
Appointments are limited and must be reserved in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Booking & Payment
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Memberships, packages, and prepaid services are non-transferable and may not be shared.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service total.
Same-day cancellations, late arrivals that cannot be accommodated, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
This policy allows us to maintain availability for our private clientele.
Late Arrivals
To ensure the highest level of service for all clients:
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.
Full service fees may still apply.
Health & Skin Considerations
Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or recent treatments (including laser, chemical peels, or exfoliation).
TAN Naples reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsuitable for the client’s skin or health at the time of the appointment.
Results & Aftercare
Sunless tanning results may vary based on skin type, preparation, aftercare, and lifestyle factors.
TAN Naples is not responsible for results impacted by:
Improper preparation
Failure to follow aftercare instructions
Products or treatments applied outside of our studio
Memberships & Packages
Memberships and packages are valid only for the individual named on the account.
Unused services do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
Membership terms, pricing, and inclusions are subject to change with notice.
Mobile & On-Location Services
Mobile services are available for groups of three or more and require advance reservation.
A secure location, adequate space, and suitable conditions must be provided by the client. TAN Naples reserves the right to modify or decline service if conditions are unsuitable.
Right to Refuse Service
TAN Naples reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behaviour, failure to follow studio policies, or safety concerns.
Limitation of Liability
By receiving services at TAN Naples, clients agree to release and hold harmless TAN Naples, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from sunless tanning services, except in cases of gross negligence.
Changes to Terms
These terms and policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
