By booking an appointment with TAN Naples, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and policies.
Appointments & Availability
TAN Naples operates as a private, by-appointment-only studio.
Appointments are limited and must be reserved in advance.
Walk-ins are not accepted.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Changes made within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee.
Same-day cancellations, late arrivals that cannot be accommodated, or no-shows will be charged in full.
This policy applies to individual appointments only.
Late Arrivals & No Show
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require the appointment to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation. Full service fees may still apply.
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the fee and may be restricted from future bookings.
Memberships (TAN Society)
Memberships are a recurring monthly commitment.
All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled with a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing date.
Membership tans reset monthly and do not roll over. Unused tans are forfeited at the end of each billing cycle.
Memberships are non-transferable, may not be shared, and are final sale and non-refundable. Membership pricing, inclusions, and perks may be updated with notice.
Packages (Prepaid Services)
Packages are valid for a specified timeframe from the date of purchase (6 or 12 months, depending on the package).
All sessions must be used within the designated period. Unused sessions expire and do not roll over. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Extensions may be granted at the sole discretion of TAN Naples.
Packages are not considered gift certificates and, in accordance with Florida consumer protection laws, may legally expire if unused. We understand life happens- if you need more time, simply reach out before your expiration date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!Booking & Payment
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Mobile & On-Location Services
Mobile services are available for groups of three or more and require advance reservation.
A secure location, adequate space, and suitable conditions must be provided by the client. TAN Naples reserves the right to modify or decline service if conditions are unsuitable.
Right to Refuse Service
TAN Naples reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behaviour, failure to follow studio policies, or safety concerns.
Limitation of Liability
By receiving services at TAN Naples, clients agree to release and hold harmless TAN Naples, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from sunless tanning services, except in cases of gross negligence.
Changes to Terms
These terms and policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
