Membership Terms & Cancellation Policy:
All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled at any time with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date. Membership tans are non-transferable and do not roll over. Members enjoy exclusive perks, priority booking, and VIP access as outlined in their tier — all benefits reset monthly.By enrolling, you agree to the terms and conditions of our membership program.Package Expiration Policy:
Our prepaid packages are valid for 6 or 12 months from the date of purchase. All sessions must be used within the specified timeframe; no refunds or rollovers apply. Packages are not considered gift certificates and, in accordance with Florida consumer protection laws, may legally expire if unused. We understand life happens- if you need more time, simply reach out before your expiration date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
